Lately my class has been learning about Saving Energy. I’ve learnt that some things you should get to save energy are

• Front loader washing machines instead of a top loader.
• Clean dishes in a bowl not in the sink.
• A ventelated fridge uses less energy.

I have also learnt about different energy sources like

• Solar Energy.
• Geothermal Energy.
• Wind Energy
• Hydro Power
• Power Plants
• Wave Energy
• Biomass

Hey everyone,

On Friday the 28 August we had the book week parade. Clover, Nicky1, Hamster, Zizi23 and I all dressed up as exchange student even thought the theme was Safari. The little kids (J.P’s)had the best outfits because for little kids they’re easy to get. But as you get older you have to get creative which some people had really good outfits. My favourite outfit that I saw someone wearing was probably a little kid dressed in a zebra costume. I had lots of fun that day and enjoied watching Madagascar 2 (2nd time I’ve seen it now!) and also enjoyed the Jungle Bungle Play in the morning but got a little scared at times! I hope everyone enjoyed Book Week Because I did!

Q1. Which is Better Sheep or Snails?

Q2.Which is Cuter Elmo or the Cookie Monster?

- And why?

1.I think that sheep are better than snails because they’re fluffy and cute (well Lamb’s are cute not so much adult sheep).

2.I would have to go with the Cookie Monster! Because he likes cookies and so do I!

Hi all, today the first day back for term 3 we did swimming. Luckely everyone remembered their bathers. First off we went to the change rooms and of course got changed into our bathers then we went and sat on this really big blue mat which wasn’t all that comforable. Whlie we sat down a swimming teacher explaned what to do when the whistle blows and to respect everyone and everything. Then we got tested see which group you go in and my best friend NH and I got in the same group -group 1 and my other friends were together in differnt groups for the rest of the day our teacher just asked us to do strokes to see if we were good or not (I think). We all enjoyed swimming and had great fun over that week.

Q1. My favouite thing in maths is probebly shapes, like anything to do with shapes I seem to enjoy and sometimes I like something different – something challenging.

Q2. The thing I think I’m best at in maths is adding and subtracting because its well EASY and I actaully dont mind multiplication .

Sorry about not editing my blog lately.I was wondering what should I do for my dog Muffin, yes her first Birthday!!! I know, how exciting is that! On July the 8th my dog Muffin is turing 1. (oh so cute)

 So I’ve though of 2 things to do

1. Go down to pooch park for the first time.

2. Invite her dog friends down for a little party

I can’t wait please choose soon. If you have any good ideas I will add them to my list.and its my bday on friday ”YAY ME heh” and I even get a party (class party). Also last year it was the disco for me. Sorry but I’m not having a party this year but should have one next year so YAY (no party bags this year)

Hi all, Were starting this new assignment like thing where you have to do a newsletter for a certain subject for school. We get to go with partners and choose something about a shool related subject and write down the informatin and turn it into a newsletter. My partner in NH and this week for our newsletter were doing Music/Chior. We have only just started this so I’ll get back to you with my information later and with the finished product!!!!

For the past few weeks we’ve been do poems. Hamster and I made this poem up about the mornings. The poem has to have 4 verses and the 2nd and 4th line has to ryme.I hope you enjoy the poem we made up!!!

As I wake up in the morning

I have to do my hair

I walk 5 steps to the mirror

To find I look like a bear!

As I’m trying to do my hair

I find this big knot

I pull and yell and scream and shout

Until I go all hot.

I finally get it out

and find out what to wear

definitely not these pants

because they have a tear.

When I come out for breakfast

I push my way through

And find my brother ate the cereal

So I shout ‘HEY YOU’!
